An unnecessary black out at the some end, but we achieved our minimum goal – a secure stay at this division after 2 matches. After a 1-day break, we will play against France and Hungary for promotion. I still think Hungary are the favorites, but we can compete with them.

Unfortunately, our best striker- Mathilde Fantin, was injured today. Without her we don't have much of a chance against Hungary and France Hopefully, it's nothing serious. As for Slovakia it's still a very young team. Years go by, but these girls are still so young

I don't know if there's anyone over 30 there? The Slovak goalkeeper also played bad today.

The tournament is over for Mathilde Fantin – unfortunately, a big loss for the Italy. Tomorrow we play a semifinal against France – if we win, we'll have a grand final against Hungary on Friday. Everything will be clear then, bacouse the final match against China should be a formality. In any case, we've already achieved our best result ever in our history, or at worst scenario – 3rd place in Division 1A.

Unfortunately, we lost our promotion today and to France... I don't believe in a 3win against Hungary on Friday. A 3 win today would have been enough to qualify But it's also embarrassing that we're up against 7-8 playersfrom Canada/USA, and we're losing to France, where there's no naturalized one They're simply at a higher level than us. Without promotion, in 2 years we'll be at the level of China, because. We lost a huge opportunity today. I'd rather win today than at the Olympics, because qualifying for the Elite is crucial for Italy and the Olympics are over and irrelevant. I'm actually surprised how France gets female hockey players without naturalization to perform at such a high level? The sport isn't popular there at all- this isn't Germany.
