This probably will be the worst Junior World Championships for us in the 21st century? 4 medals aren't so bad, but no gold? Women's foil, in particular, was a disappointment- 0 medals and 13th place in the team event, while Moldova is second? Italian fencing needs to open up to the world- the USA is getting to work coaches from various countries and we're stewed in our own juices... -

Tournament Cancelled. The ranking will be frozen for and host Neither team will be relegated down and promoted up, also none will be relegated from this year´s Division I A and promoted from this year´s division II B. -

Due the cancellation of the Division II A tournament this year, no team will progress from this tournament The winner will receive gold medal and be declared Division II Group B World Champion but will have to stay in this category also for the next edition
