So Canada is ahead of Puerto Rico in the second tiebreaker, but currently it's  >  >  in the third tiebreaker.   If this holds up there's going to be a lot of Canadians arguing that Puerto Rico should be eliminated due to the second tiebreaker, but I think the second tiebreaker only applies if all teams have head to head results.

my guess is Logan Webb with Clay Holmes piggybacking (in the quarterfinals starters are allowed up to 80 pitches)
