I'm not familiar with the minimum participation rules and medal allocation procedures set by ODEBO. Maybe @Fer GUA can give a better answer. I do know that minimum participation rules can affect viability of events and/or medal allocations at the Commonwealth Games, Central American and Caribbean Games and Mediterranean Games. -
Am I right that, if there's less than 3 competitors, only the winner gets a medal?
