Will be interesting to see who runs tomorrow in the Teamsprint. Klaebo looked a little bit tired today.
Diggins 2 minutes of Johaug ...
Great 7th Place from Claudel, the same on Tuesday again, please
ExpandYeah, combination of bad skis & hard racing in December & January.
Diggins had fantastic skis in the classic part at the downhill ...
Maybe to much races in this season, and now no more power ...
Swedish girls can destroy Norway in the relay with the performance today.
I‘m surprised from Karlsson. She looked not that good before the world champs. Without the crash she could be there with Johaug.
Andersson changes her skis so slow ... now Johaug is away
Karlsson is coming back. Great stuff from Kalla so far.
ExpandJohaug and Karlsson crash. Didn't faze the Norwegian too much, already back in front, Swede not so much of a quick recovery.
And for Karlsson it seems to be now no more chance for a medal. Good Team work from Russians and Swedish girls so far. Norway looks not that great as expected.
US girls completely of form. Great job from the stuff ...
Athletes from Norway are not very happy about the conditions in Oberstdorf
World Cup in Oslo (NOR) rescheduled to Engadin (SUI) with a Classic Mass Start on Saturday (10km/15km) and a Freestyle Pursuit (30km/50km) on Sunday.

Yes, we‘re expecting temperatures over 10 Degrees in the next time and it could get even warmer. But at the moment there is enough snow in reserve, so we not worry to much. But you‘re right, especially when so many athletes skis over the track it could get very deep and it could be a question who finds the right wax.
Only opportunity would be the Lillehammer date. Two weeks before is Biathlon.
Chanavat is such an depp. I hope they put Manificat in for the World Champs. If the Norwegians and Russians make pace, Chanavat will have no chance with the form this year.
Manificat, Parisse and Lappiere are out for Falun due to COVID-19.
Great performance for the French. They should be the hottest favorite for the bronze medal in the relay on Oberstdorf.
Wow, Karlsson on a Sprint Podium. A shocker for Andersson, she has to make up more than 50 seconds on her. I can‘t see that she can do that.
ExpandI'd be surprised if the World Cup in Dresden next weekend happens. There's no longer a discussion on whether or not there will be a 'hard lockdown' in Germany, the question is basically only when it will start: Tuesday or Wednesday.
Since it'll last until 10 January, I highly doubt the 9 and 10 January FIS races in Reit im Winkl will happen as well, which was supposed to be the main preparation race for the world championships for a certain Brazilian Totallympian.
According to this article https://www.mdr.de/sachsen/dresden/dresden-radebeul/adfc-skiweltcup-dresden-kritik-elberadweg-100.html the World Cup will go on. In Germany there are still professional World Cup competitions possible. We also have luge world cups and a Biathlon World Cup during the lockdown in January.
Norway seems to miss all World Cup races until the World Championships https://www.dagbladet.no/sport/norge-stopper-alt-for-vm/73150191
And the FIS will not cut the Programme of the Tour de Ski, so I think Finland and Sweden will not participate.
ExpandDoes anyone have a clue on where to find a track map for the World Championships races in Oberstdorf, more specifically the women's 5k freestyle qualifying? I do see the ticket map here, but annoyingly there are literally only seats available somewhere halfway on the track:
And I'm not really sure what one can see from there. I mean, if it's close enough to yell some support and commands on an uphill or something, that's fine, but I'm a little afraid it's only next to the downhill where support won't do much.
From what I can see on a video from last season's World Cup sprint there, this could possibly be an area where there's an uphill as well, but I'm not sure.

Look from page 31 on
ExpandSo disapointed. The feeling is that they are more afraid of not doing as Norway than for the virus. Can FIS go on with events without Nor, Swe and Fin?
I really hope they come to senses and participate in tor de ski.
They only will participate if the FIS reduce the Tour de ski to one or two venues.
