Quota places are allocated to the athlete(s) by name.
An NPC can be allocated a maximum of eight (8) male qualification slots and a maximum of eight (8) female qualification slots for a total of sixteen (16) qualification slots with a maximum of one (1) slot allowed per medal event.
An NPC can enter a maximum of one (1) eligible athlete per individual event with exceptions granted to Bipartite invitees. NPCs may only enter an athlete in the medal event in which the athlete has obtained a qualification slot.
The top ranked male and female athletes in each medal event regardless of sport class on the IBSA Judo World Ranking List closing 24 June 2024 obtain a qualification slot for their respective NPC according to the following matrix:
