Tejaswin had a jump of 2.19m in 1st outdoor outing. With low competition it was expected. He would surely go a long way and hope he gets into Olympics either by 2.33m or by ranking. Need to participate in lot of tournament to get there.

India should get around 6-10 Medals this time with Shooters in good position, 2 wrestling n 1 in Weightlifting. Any medal from outside this is really a bonus. Talking of sure shot though we have few outside chances of Hockey, Javelin n boxers.

India is going to have busy May schedule in FIH Hockey Pro League with 6 matches with 3 nation slated. It would be great preparation for Olympics actually after such long break.

Indian Men FS wrestlers too disappoint with no quota won on last day. So need to see any luck in last World qualifiers for rest of the 12 disciplines.

India doesn't get any quota in GR even after 5 wrestlers in SF and one match away, That is really disappointing. But India got 2 quota in Women Freestyle in Anshu n Sonam both are juniors with being only 18 n 19 respectively. Hope we can add few today though no hopes in Men's Freestyle.

Never expected that Indians would talk and follow Sailing sport so closely. Very happy for that and hope federation does some good work in immediate future to catch on this success. Though Netra was in limelight and was expected to do well, The performance of others has boosted the scene. Hope India now start giving prominence to rowing n sailing. Hope canoeing also would come to limelight soon.

Visnu's fate is upto him. He squandered such huge lead with bad day yesterday. Simple equation is to be in top 3 and above THA guy.

Development group doesn't mean they are juniors. List is of those who are potential future top achievers who need some more extra push and training to attain the top positions.

We will get 3 that's my gut feeling...

No idea about top 10 but it will be a force in lot of sports if invested properly.

We would have 3 boats in the Olympics. 2 are almost sure 3rd one its upto him not to qualify, the way 9th round went anything can happen in next 2 races. 1st time India would have a sailing team in Olympics. Proud moment indeed.

Indians all but sure qualified....Need 8th place or better in the medal race.

News coming that one of the Indian team members tested positive for Covid-19 just a day before the official weighing in on April 5. As per the protocols of Asian Judo Federation, if any team member tests positive for coronavirus, the whole team can't take part in the continental competition. Divanshu (81kg) and Ajay Yadav (73kg) had tested earlier hence they were pulled out of tournament.

How does the quota counted on overall points of the event?? Is the Medal round points counted for overall points calculation.
