You are right! Obvious rule violation in quota.... In this case, woman spots got deleted because of the man. That is not possible if following the rules. Allocation of quota can start only after the quota is not filled in overall allowed number in specific gender (56; 57-1 leads to 56 in woman category)

ECXATLLY! ISU VIOLATED sections B.1, D.2.3 and D.2.4 of the Attachment A of the ISU Communication No. 2717 which defines 56 places for each gender
