    The defense is a total calamity, every time the team is dominating someone makes a bad pass or a deflection ends in a goal. I hope we don't let Brazil qualify at least.

    Btw the highlights from conmebol are TERRIBLE. They completely ignored all goal opportunities from Argentina other than the goals and basically only show Venezuela stuff, even the semi-dangerous plays. Totally not biased.

    This team is ridiculous, the creativity, the speed, the voracity to tackle and get into rucks. I didn't watch the final but in the semis they didn't let the opponents catch a breath for one second (and Ireland is a pretty good team). I think only injuries or an unfortunate card in a crucial game can stop this team this year.

    All the teams are a disjointed mess, the tournament is really low level. The pitch in group B stadium is a potato field on top of that. Paraguay has an horrible team but with a bit of order and good set pieces have a foot in final round.

    ARG has one of the largest armenian diaspora in the world and they are surprisingly prominent in society, quite a few of the country's richest businessmen are of that origin. So it wouldn't be so random, their football NT has 2 argentinians for example. I have no clue what motivates this action though and, apparently, I can't find any information about it either?
