Im surprised about your knowledge about our football league. Argentina, differently than Brazil, has a big concentration of political, economical, social, cultural etc importance in Buenos Aires, for that reason all the importants teams are from our capital or its surroundings/suburban around Buenos Aires (Independiente and Racing are from Avellaneda, a close place of the Capital). For that reason you dont have many diferents teams like Brazil when you have teams from all the country, not only San Pablo and Rio Do Janeiro. Argentinos Juniors in that times has a very good team, Maradona came originally from this team, you have also Racing Club like Libertadores Champions (so many time ago), San Lorenzo won the Libertadores in 2014 for the first (and only) time in history, it was the only of the five big teams of Argentina without Libertadores to that time. The five big teams: Boca Juniors, River Plate, Independiente, Racing Club and San Lorenzo, they are the top 5 for quantity of titles and fans.
