I was also lately intrigued with the Buchli situation (never seen him as starter, Harrie unremovable and Hoogland as a km rider does very well as third man) Clearly he's a keirin specialist but why change a team that keeps on winning! I wonder if the rule/loophole still exist where you could enter a 4th sprinter on track but you also have to start him in another cycling discipline such MTB or road..
