    • Thank the hockey gods this monday is dayoff for Finland. That norovirus truly ate the energy to play good hockey & back2back matches didn't help at all lol
    • We are now at 15 nations medailled.   In Group 1, we have 5 new countries (    ). Only 3 missing on the 14 ones (  and ).   In Group 2, we are at 50% with Czechia . Also 3 missing here (  )   And a first country for the Group 4 :    (Sadly, we were so close to have the first ever medail for Georgia... But Figure Skating competition is not finished yet !)     Countries from group 3, 4, 5 and 6 who can (technically) win a Medal on J-3 :   Speed-Skating - 1000m W :   Ski Jumping - Normal Hill M :
    • Switzerland is the clear favourite for gold with Odermatt/Meillard and Von Allmen/Nef.   It's weird they didn't go with Von Allmen/Meillard, which would have been an even more untouchable duo, barring mistakes. It's as if they opted to go for a 1-2 instead of maximizing their chances of winning.   My personal pick for bronze would be the Austrian duo of Kriechmayr and Feller.   Still, it is a very difficult race to predict, and I don't remember the slalom course particularly well because there have been no slalom races in Bormio for a long time (I'm pretty sure it's quite flat, though).

    • I genuinely wonder why Switzerland decided to kind of spread their chances instead of go with the dream team. Why not put your best slalom guy with your best downhill guy?
