  1. If it's just about removal then none because for me it's "the more, the merrier" and if you think about the athletes, it's their bit of fame. Even if I don't like certain sports/events on the current programme. If it has to be like that to make way for something I'd rather like to see (for example squash or wushu), then I guess artistic swimming, rhythmic gymnastics or dressage (sorry ) can go. I'm not a traditionalist, so I'm not "afraid" of new sports either. Except for breaking and I also wouldn't like to see eSports at the Olympics. It doesn't fit in there. They should establish their own multisport event.
  2. Not easy to break it down but this should be my Top 12. I'm also a bit more concerned with the music than the text, but it depends. South Africa - Nkosi Sikelel' iAfrika Ukraine - Shche ne vmerla Ukraina Mongolia - Môngôl Ûlsiin toriin dûûlal 4. Nepal 5. Japan 6. Kenya 7. Egypt 8. Australia 9. Antigua & Barbuda 10. Uruguay 11. Romania 12. Sweden And yes, I've listened to all national anthems.
  3. @Bearas European championship gold for Edgaras Matakas in Men's 50m Freestyle S11 which appears to be Lithuania's first European para swimming gold.
  4. What about Zhu Yuling? Another player I haven't seen in a while.
  5. Was hoping for Lithuania to do the same.
  6. After a bit of a break I'll offer some more runs again. Planned dates are... 21st or 22nd May 28th or 29th May 4th or 5th June I'll have a bigger break after that considering the sports-packed summer with the UEFA Euro and the Olympics. I might also do a sports-only special in early June or in between Euro and the Olympics though. @Wanderer Maybe you'll find some time on the upcoming dates since you asked for a game too.
  7. Apparently, the sport is dying even more in South Korea. They went from 9 in London to 5 in Rio to 2 in Tokyo... and no Kim Hyeon-woo this time.
  8. Yeah, I would have also gone with "all of them" (even if I don't really know much about some of them) but I like fencing the most.
  9. See, mixed is good to have.
  10. @Wumo I can't tell what your preferred choice would have been but you were right with your conclusion it not being Fernando or Chiquitita. The right answer is "The Piper". (1:03) Pts. 125,000 Which ABBA song contains the phrase "sub luna saltamus"? ♦ A: Chiquitita ♦ B: The Piper ♦ C: Cassandra ♦ D: Fernando
  11. Okay. That makes it a fast Pts. 64,000 for you today, and with the 250,000 from last time, you do have Pts. 314,000 so far. Congratulations. TOTAL WINNINGS ♦ P t s . 6 4 , 0 0 0 ♦
  12. The "lonely" decision only you can make at this stage.
  13. @Wumo Pts. 125,000 Which ABBA song contains the phrase "sub luna saltamus"? ♦ A: Chiquitita ♦ B: The Piper ♦ C: Cassandra ♦ D: Fernando
  14. So to recap where you stand, last time you made it to Pts. 64,000 during the malfunction. It has taken all of your lifelines though. You're on your own and it could go very quickly. One wrong answer and you will lose half of the 64,000 you have at the moment. 50:50 Expert Switch Team 15 Pts. 1 Million 14 Pts. 500,000 13 Pts. 250,000 12 Pts. 125,000 11 ♦ Pts. 64,000 10 ♦ Pts. 32,000 9 ♦ Pts. 16,000 8 ♦ Pts. 8,000 7 ♦ Pts. 4,000 6 ♦ Pts. 2,000 5 ♦ Pts. 1,000 4 ♦ Pts. 500 3 ♦ Pts. 300 2 ♦ Pts. 200 1 ♦ Pts. 100 If you are ready, here is your 12th question for Pts. 125,000...
  15. No problem, I imagined you were watching athletics or badminton.
  16. @Wumo Hey, let me know if you want to wrap this up then.
  17. Okay. We'll continue Saturday around 8 pm CET again.
  18. @Wumo What's better for you on your final part, Friday or Saturday night?
  19. I agree. We'll start with you and Pts. 125,000 next weekend.
  20. Well done. What I can propose now is that we cut it here and start with you and 125,000 next time or we go on for as long as the forum allows us to. You definitely have to do everything on your own from now. I would opt for postponing, this is painful on here at the moment. 50:50 Expert Switch Team 15 Pts. 1 Million 14 Pts. 500,000 13 Pts. 250,000 12 Pts. 125,000 11 ♦ Pts. 64,000 10 ♦ Pts. 32,000 9 ♦ Pts. 16,000 8 ♦ Pts. 8,000 7 ♦ Pts. 4,000 6 ♦ Pts. 2,000 5 ♦ Pts. 1,000 4 ♦ Pts. 500 3 ♦ Pts. 300 2 ♦ Pts. 200 1 ♦ Pts. 100
  21. You know what? It's 'The Ghan'! Opened in 1929, a popular passenger train. Pts. 64,000 What is the name of the Australian passenger train, popular among tourists, that travels between Darwin and Adelaide? ♦ A: ♦ B: Malt ♦ C: ♦ D: Ghan Question by OlympicIRL ♦ P t s . 6 4 , 0 0 0 ♦
  22. Okay. What else can you do anyway. Pts. 64,000 What is the name of the Australian passenger train, popular among tourists, that travels between Darwin and Adelaide? ♦ A: ♦ B: Malt ♦ C: ♦ D: Ghan Question by OlympicIRL
  23. Sadly no stability yet but here's your 50:50: Pts. 64,000 What is the name of the Australian passenger train, popular among tourists, that travels between Darwin and Adelaide? ♦ A: ♦ B: Malt ♦ C: ♦ D: Ghan Question by OlympicIRL
  24. Do you mean postpone until the forum is better again? Otherwise you still have 50:50 and you do not lose anything on this value (32,000 are guaranteed), so stopping is pointless on this value.
