We lost 1-3 against the USA and 2-3 against Brazil and won't play the semifinal, but I think only the biggest complainers will hate on our girls. They had an amazing tournament, and even here in the final 6 they showed some really good volley. I have really high hopes for this team right now, and think that, if our boys also continue to play the way they do, the Golden Era for volleyball in Poland is yet to come

We got 4th place in 3x3 basketball, very well done And with our 3rd place finish at 3x3 World Cup, I hope we can fight for a medal at the Olympics.

Is it just me, or are the on-screen graphics awful this year? They look even worse than 2017 World Games' graphics.

Time to start another one of my rants against the Cev, I guess But honestly, this just shows how well they are "promoting" the sport. In men's competition, we had 24 teams participating in qualification three years ago, 20 two years ago, 16 last year and now we're down to 10 Teams from Greece, the Netherlands clearly don't even care anymore Hard to blame them. I mean, CEV having them go through 3 rounds (potentially 6 weeks) of travel and qualification and then giving only 2 of them a chance of playing the real tournament and winning the STUNNING price of 50.000 $ is beyond ridiculous.

With Korea's 3-0 win over Japan, and after beating Dominican Republic 3-2, we are almost 100% sure of qualifying to the Final Six What a great success for this team!

Average attendance so far: 3,485 spectators per match. In any other sport, this would be considered a disaster, but something tells me that after the competition Ary Graca will step up to announce a great success and talk about what an amazing tournament it was. How are they not capable to capitalize on the popularity of volleyball, one of the few sports that can actually be played on any continent or island in the world, and doesn't require any special equipment or skills to start playing is beyond me.

The level of competetiveness is unfortunately much lower than at the male World Cup. I think 24 teams are too many, should be 16 at most.
