  1. someone in the crowd actually died.[two people]pipe it with the conspiracy crap.
  2. also dad is mad trump is still alive....despite understanding that Biden is demented because ''if Ukraine falls, then all of europe falls''.i can't really regret telling him about this since he would of just seen it on the news in the evening.but man do i hate his political rants.
  3. what the fuck did i wake up to ?
  4. thanks x,found out Mykolas got the best performance thing.
  5. did i miss who got best performance of the meet ?
  6. we get to the news i waited most to report-the men's discus and......MYKOLAS ALEKNA TAKES THE WIN WITH A ROUND 6 THROW OF 70.20 .[would of won with his second best of 68.20 as well, also had a similiar, very narrow foul in round 3],Ceh second with 67.99,to my surprise Andrius Gudžius was third with a seasons best of 66.57[actually lead from round 3 till round 5 when Ceh took it from him,and then Mykolas instantly threw his 68.20 in response]Martynas Alekna finished 5 out of 9 with 63.50,surprisingly Stahl is behind him with his best just being 63.36.
  7. Kishane thompson 9.91 in hungary wind 0.6
  8. Fabbri wins shot put with 22.43 in round 6.
  9. Impressive hammer results at Hungary .Katzberg wins with 81.87 [also had throws of 81.81,and 80.38].Kokhan is second with 80.50[also had 80.29 and 80.22],Nowicki was third with 79.36,and halasz is fourth with 78.81.
  10. sloukas is saying he's not going to join the team because ''it wouldn't be morally fair for him to play in the olympic games after missing the OQT'' saw this on a sports site here.
  11. i'm pretty sure basketball is not big there,i see a lot of indians whenever there athletes are present in athletics meetings when there livestreamed, athletics certainly got more popular there after the javelin win in tokyo.
  12. I'm not trying to star any shit here but the guy is from India.....do they care about the nba/basketball there ? that's cricket/wwe land.
  13. yeah...the reaction to the loss from the people in charge of the federation is completely lacking but then again, why am i surprised ?
  14. Yeah,i was confused by what you wanted to say.Yeah China is coming, despite the controversy,i'm just happy that as i understand sun yang or whoever was that Chinese swimmer who smashed his doping test won't be at paris.
  15. i mean even Russia has that 200 meter breastroke female world record holder.
  16. Rūta seemed to be sick at that Italian comp, hopefully she's gonna be alright and fully ready for Paris. We have Danas rapšys too from the current ones, yeah maybe he's an outside chance for a medal at the 200 freestyle but i honestly think it's possible.
  17. This is now officially a swimming and athletics[discus] nation.basketball here has suffered a death punch tonight/
  18. No they really don't.And the other Nba star couldn't be here this time around.you guys won olympic basketball medals more recently than we have, our last were in 2000,who knows how long we will wait till we win olympic medals again...
  19. watched two player interwiews, both seem to be washing their hands and saying that ''the new generation is coming'' so yeah ,what i said is confirmed,it's gonna take time, odds of the normal basketball team to be at la is very low.
  20. they won against us more times in recent years than that.look right now how other teams are don't matter to me,i have eyes,i used it to watch the match,it was from Lithuania's side,a steaming pile of garbage.Consequencies have to happen. These people are not gods,i had enough of seeing other athletes from here curse themselves,be emotional or cry when they can't perform to their best at the olympics because of circumstances out of there control and get eaten alive by ''fans'' but these people can not give 110 percent of themselves when there perfectly fine and get away with lackluster performances because their from the ''second religion sport'' no more, that privilege has ended tonight.
  21. Absolutely debatable whether it was stronger, and what does it matter if it was ? they lost to them anyway. and it doesn't matter that Latvia can't compare on those things,[i'm actually confident the training system there is if not about the same than slightly better than here at the moment]they are right now much better in basketball than we are, this team would have lost horribly to them.It already happened at the world championships last year.
  22. we hosted the tournament last time,we lost in the final then too.so i doubt that would of made a diffrence. And what's the issue ? simple, these ''I'm drowning in money look at where i play '' basketball players'' do not actually give one fuck about their nation when it comes down to crunch time, they just care about there contracts, there's always a boatload of excuses as to why they can't perform, and there allowed to get away with it,because people who talk about basketball online with platforms cannot be bothered to criticize these millionares. No one here will accept the small population arguement, they simply won't.Latvians also played in their own arena this year, didn't bring them the ticket.
