Short notes from the IOC statement:
1. Decisions to reject quotas are final.
2. Decisions to approve quotas are not final - new facts may lead to the rejection of invitation.
3. Decisions cannot be appealed - NOCs were not invited to the Games, so it is a good will to invite individual athletes... or not

So we have the first confirmed quota for Arnaut in wrestling - thaks to @IoNuTzZ
I am a little bit surprised by our national federation. Its representative stated that may get 3 quotas in wrestling via reallocation. Right now I see 2 quotas for us only.
