South China Morning Post now has it that both their Madison teams have qualified. It looks to me that Ireland hadnt their sums done correctly on Sunday when declaring they had qualified. Very hard on Downey and English. How disappointed must they be today? Not sure how the Ukrainian women are feelling as Hong Kong had 800 points added to their total based on the 2019 World Championships!!
dodge 697 Posted March 5, 2020 #153 Share Posted March 5, 2020 (edited) That's the point. *Their* sums weren't wrong. They used the points that the UCI told them each team had. So it was the UCI's error, not Ireland's or Ukraine's The South China Morning Post are only reporting on the numbers. There's been nothing official from the UCI Edited March 5, 2020 by dodge Oldira

Fingers crossed no more changes.
