Good thing for Mourão she secured her Olympic spot last year already, because so far Raiza Goulão is destroying her...last week in Albstadt she did and today again: 88th and lapped (out of 91 finishers) for Mourão, 62nd and not lapped for Goulão, minutes ahead.

Apparently Dascalu needs to be in the top-24 to have a chance at making Romania gain enough for the whole circus of tickets to end up with a ticket for Pidcock?

Race is still underway, but so far Pidcock is up in front and Dascalu is in top 24.
