Actually her best was 63.12 before this year :d So +6m in 10 months and +10 in 18 months 

To be fair she's not that old but that's a hell of a progression.

Story I’ve heard on a British board is that :GBR Sam Atkin was only in the race as a pacemaker for 5000m, but once he’d done his job he didn’t step off, slotted into the pack and got round in a QT!  Also in the UK all-time top 10.
