Not only these solid 3 and also losing Women's skeet, Women's 100m fly, Gymnastics Men's team. Speechless and powerless.

Makedonas 1,557 Posted July 27, 2021 #63 Share Posted July 27, 2021 Gionis 41 years old, in his 5th Olympics, looking to make the round of 16 for the first time. Up 3-1 10-3 and loses 9 points in a row... I don't see him turning this around now, what a choke... Federer91

He made mistakes that he wasn't making earlier on. Actually lost 12 in a row because he quickly went down 0-3 in the next set. He then saved a match point in the 7th set and had another two of his own but couldn't convert. So 9 match points lost. So sad. He played the match of his life for the first three and a half sets. Brazilians had a rough time during the first week of the 2016 Olympics, and many of our gold medal favorites missed the podium entirely. We know how it feels, Japan. We know it. Federer91 2,113 Posted July 29, 2021 #70 Share Posted July 29, 2021 Epic battle in the first 1/2 and Fan makes it to the final. Now we need Ovtcharov to make a miracle, so there is some intrigue in the final.
