Yes, but that doesn't mean it's a good idea to get rid of sexual education. That's like saying "children are going to be shot in school anyway, why try to do something against the ease with which any psycho can get a weapon?". School mass shootings is almost endemic to USA and their crazy gun culture (and holding on to laws from 1791 ).
