Olympian1010 7,418 Posted September 13, 2021 #81 Share Posted September 13, 2021 CONCACAF and AFC look to be pro-biennial World Cup, UEFA and CONMEBOL look to be anti-biennial World Cup. It looks more and more like the future of football and the World Cup will decided by the OFC and CAF. Of course that is all dependent on member associations voting according to the will of their continental bodies. “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. Generally speaking, football is of course badly behind almost any other sports in terms of...well, most things. So yeah, generally not a bad point If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Dunadan 1,103 Posted September 20, 2021 #85 Share Posted September 20, 2021 Egomaniac coach wants to be more in the spotlight by turning into the protagonist of the game, comparing the sport to another one in which the play time is like 5% of the total and almost all players are ultra specialized tools who don't even have to think. heywoodu

Olympian1010 7,418 Posted September 30, 2021 #90 Share Posted September 30, 2021 Fascinating thread on the biennial World Cup proposal. Definitely seems to suggest there’s a possibility of this happening. “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire.
