For someone who often can't watch live, nothing beats a full event being available on YouTube to watch with great commentary and - importantly - no spoilers at all in the video titles and (unlike in luge ) thumbnails.

How great is it to have John Morgan back on comms - at about 02:00 Lake Placid time.    Somehow between them the FIL & the IBSF have managed to get his home studio man cave sorted out.

Good news -  Bobsleigh is back!  Steven Shanwayne raced today in the WC two-man, obviously did not scale the heights but...

 

Also one of the  teams was running in a bob they’d borrowed from us .

 

When it comes to two man Bob, we British owe Italy a debt we can never repay.

Good to see a decent turn-out - 18 sleds - in the women’s Bob today.  It’s been embarrassing to see only 7 or 8 before Christmas.  Only the Asians missing now.
