Reports which are supported by plenty of videos of people apparently being held hostage on the roof. Although it's not sure whether it's actually got anything to do with Ubisoft, since there are more companies in the building.

I didn't have Dublin in my destinations to Go list, but i have reconsidered that  My jaw hurts of laughter after that video.  Everyone has such a great reaction with a smile and people look genuinely happy and enjoying themselves. Add to that the great architecture, and the insane amount of beautiful girls on the streets and i'm there!
