Monzanator 3,594 Posted June 29, 2020 #43 Share Posted June 29, 2020 The Jarrett Stidham Experience ended before it even began Funny how the Evil Empire will probably enjoy some fan support now since hating Newton would be oh-so against the BLM wave! (especially one that's not super-hyped after his college career) tbh, I expected the Pats to be behind Prescott's troubles with the Cowboys, so to force him to leave Texas and go with them...but fortunately for the Cowboys now they can take a breathe... Unless Newton falls off the rails with another injury, drafting Fields seems highly unlikely now.

They might be the most notable players on many teams, but this statement really undercuts the importance of the other 10 offensive and 11 defensive players (and special teams specialists) on the field. If QBs were all that mattered, the Lions would have made it to the playoffs much more. “Sport has the power to change the world. It has the power to inspire. The same franchise that saw Barry Sanders and Calvin Johnson retire in their prime because of lack of success? Yeah, go and ask Johnson what he really thinks of Matthew Stafford then! One of the two worst franchises in the Super Bowl era is NOT a benchmark for QB play IMO.
