yep and Katy train outside of the national team and the meida is not helping...

Last time I checked Katy had such an advance in the pts system.

Is it scrapped, for new conditions such as finish above your rival or win the title?

Olympic Standings (After Day 2)

Men's RS:X

:AUS - 100

:NZL - 116

Women's RS:X

:NZL - 69

:AUS - 226

After a poor first day, New Zealand's woman finished in the top six in all three of her races on the second day. If she keeps this up New Zealand will likely accept the quota. Australia took the lead over New Zealand in the men's event.

yes apperently if Noy will finish first she will be handed the ticket even though Katy was better through out the entire Olympic cycle (which i find very odd).... if Noy will finish 2nd or below Katy will go so it's getting closer and intersting everyday...

Final standings:

Men:

  1. :NED Kiran Badloe - 37 points
  2. :NED Dorian van Rijsselberghe - 39 points
  3. :FRA Thomas Goyard - 56 points

Because Dorian finished second here, he won’t get to defend his title in Tokyo as Kiran has now won 2 golds and 1 silver at the latest three world championships, whereas Dorian won 1 gold and 2 silvers. Too bad the two best windsurfers in the world can’t both compete against each other at the Olympics.

Women:

  1. :NED Lilian de Geus - 46 points
  2. :FRA Charline Picon - 51 points
  3. :ISR Noy Drihan - 52 points

Lilian wins her second world title after also winning in 2018 and it’s her five medal overall (2 - 0 - 3). Seems like the Israeli women were only looking at each other in the medal race as the finished in the two bottom positions today.

Yes they were so focus on each other and Noy claims that Katy purposefully Sabotaged her start as this final race was the one to determine who will represent Israel :ISR in Tokyo. Unfortunately it seems like this will end outside of sport’s boundaries...:(
