@JoshMartini007 does positioning here matter for the final world qualifier? (For those who don’t qualify)

Yeah, this is going to be their smallest boxing team since 1956 (where they had none). This is ignoring the 1980 games which they boycotted fully.

They also boycotted in 1956. Amsterdam 1928 appears to be the last edition where Egypt failed to send any boxers.

Forgot they only competed in Sweden in equestrian.

Funny enough due to joining the African boycott late in 1976 three of their boxers got to compete in their opening matches before Egypt withdrew.

they might have stripped those cheaters of AIBA of the boxing operations, but not much has changed in terms of poor judging...

just tuned in and saw the men's Lightweights semifinal between NAM and MAR...3 judges gave the bout to the Namibian by a score of 30-27, the remaining 2 gave the same 30-27 score to the Moroccan...:wall:

basically those 5 people didn't watch the same match...those who scored the bout in favour of the Moroccan just did it because of "politics"...

even :MRI Colin's win in the other semifinal wasn't scored unanimously...WTF???:nopompom:
