hckošice 13,217 Posted September 30, 2020 #732 Share Posted September 30, 2020 And they succeeded. Basically, if you need something just send hockey players to protest, no top politician will dares to go against them The Prime Minister and the Crisis Staff have just decided that all sporting events will be allowed to take place. The only condition is if the number of participants (athletes, coaches, referees and organizational staff) exceeds the number of 50 people the event must take place without spectators. For the time being, most of our sports associations agree with this, but at the same time they will seek negotiations on financial compensation if this situation lasts longer. rybak 2,684 Posted November 18, 2020 #736 Share Posted November 18, 2020 I don't get it, with all those three vaccines the situation till April and May can be way better than now, they should wait at least until February, to be honest... I think people are a bit too much expecting a vaccine (which isn't entirely ready to be rolled out yet) to make everything all fine within 2-3 months Most likely it will take quite a lot longer than that.. Even if vaccine(s) won't be available until this time the organizers could still make a bubble for athletes, just like it's in other sports, cancellation isn't good solution, especially that all those events were cancelled also in this year...
