JoshMartini007 2,131 Posted January 11, 2020 #3 Share Posted January 11, 2020 What will essentially be the deciding match is today. I don't know why they wouldn't put the two highest ranked nations against each other on the final day.

intoronto 4,077 Posted January 12, 2020 #5 Share Posted January 12, 2020 Wow was losing 0-2 and was dominated by Cuba, but came back and won the last three sets! Amazing.

JoshMartini007 2,131 Posted January 12, 2020 #7 Share Posted January 12, 2020 I'm always nervous when Canada plays Cuba in volleyball. I'm glad they were able to pull off the win. Still need to get it done against Puerto Rico tomorrow.

NearPup 2,095 Posted January 13, 2020 #9 Share Posted January 13, 2020 is the 12th and last team to qualify. Very happy for the team, Beating at home was a big bit of redemption given what happened four years ago. This time qualifying doesn't feel like a fluke. intoronto 4,077 Posted January 13, 2020 #10 Share Posted January 13, 2020 With Canada qualifying, that is the 6th team Canada has qualified (men and women rugby sevens, men's field hockey, women's water polo and softball). This is the most team sports qualified for Canada in one edition of the games, and with a couple more likely, probably a record team size as well.
