I find a snooker match incredibly boring, but that's just because I'm not a snooker fan in general, while fans love matches I find boring. People who can't appreciate some of the more epic battles in the 10k are the same kind of people who want the 50k race walk gone for example, they need 'fast and furious' instead of epic. The best races I've seen are all at least 1500 meters, most are 5k's and 10k's. A 500m is just way too short to really get into it. I found the 50km awesome to watch, albeit a little tedious. The problem with the 10km is the lack of skaters that are competitive. It’s not fun to watch the same people win by large margins. I love skating distance and sprints, but I just find the sprints and epic distance Mass Starts more entertaining than the boring ass time trials. “Sport has the power to change the world.
