That’s a great question. Though, I’d say regardless of the answer, Kenya still needs to face sanctions because the number of positive tests amongst their athletes suggests they have a major problem.

it's because their "gurus" dr. Canova and dr. Rosa now have gone mainly to Uganda (no surprise they're the rising powerhouse)...:whistle:

 

now the Kenians don't have their "political safety net" in place anymore and get caught like apples from the tree...:bones:

The biggest surprise there is that she apparently was not suspended yet..
