Dutch technical personell is apparently helping to fix a huge amount of problems. "We have hope that the things can be fixed in time, but it's going to be a huge challenge." Agreed. There are some major problems with Rio and those deserve more attention (in hopes of improvement in the future, i.e. polluted water).
