The Polish law doesn't allow the public TV to make commercial breaks in the middle of one show (in football, when you have a 15-minute break between two halves, usually there's 7 minutes of commercial/autopromotion, one minute of studio, so that there is some other point in a schedule, and another 7 minutes of commercial/autopromotion).
