@JoshMartini007 - if Chile gets quota in C2, the single athlete quota to be reallocated because of Mailliard will go to C1 (Borowska) or the best non-qualified C2 with one athlete quota from C1 (USA the only possibility)?

I believe canoe also has a pool of quotas? So all extra places will be put together to give as many C2 places as possible.

Nations favorites ?

In Women's K4 Hungary, Belarus, New Zealand, Poland, Ukraine, Russia should easily qualify, and France, Australia, and Germany will fight for the last 2 slots. I honestly wouldn't be that surprised if Germany will the one to not make it.

Men's K4 will be a clusterfuck. Germany and Slovakia are the safest and will fight for the gold, but after that... oh boy. :d Based on the SF times Portugal and France are the weakest, but it will be really close.

Edit: Because of the reallocation it can also matter who finishes in the 8th place in Men's K4.

Yeah, they definitely have a chance here to qualify, but they have to fight for it, because ICF made the qualification incredibly hard for European K4 boats.
