Didnt know that. Did it happen at the OG?

Interesting. Karma is a b...., as they say. :)

I guess we will see some countries entering the W C1 with 2 athletes, one specialist and one K1 specialist, so yes, we will for sure see some girls paddling in both events

When searching previous games, i wondered if we had such a case, to participate in more than 1 disciplines. Its interesting to see someone competing in 2 different disciplines or even sports. Like in GR and FS wrestling.

I read about him. He wanted to participate in both disciplines in London but he failed due to exhaustion.

@Olympian1010 just to announce you that some 15 years old girl from :USA almost won the K1 World Cup race today, but in the middle of the final she sadly made a huge mistake.

she was just unbelievable in the semifinals though

I’ll have to go back and watch it next week. That’s great news though

Amazing day for us:bowdown: Italy reach to swap all events today with the victory of Colazingari in the C1 and Horn in the K1! Deserve gold medal for Horn after a lot of best time in semifinals/heat this year but awful finals.

OMG!!!!! thunderstorms coming!!! :yikes::rofl::facepalm:

In women's K1 i didn't find Funk, Fox, Franklin or Jones on the results sheet. Didn't they participate?

The same in men's C1: Didn't find Tasiadis, Anton, Burgess or Westley on the results sheet ... !?

they were not at the start...

GER & GBR planned to participate in this WC stage with a second tier team, as they notoriously don't like the Tacen course...
