"The best ever" Takanashi 0.5m shorter than both :POL girls! :mumble:

You have a serious problem ...

1) Why can't you let it go?

2) Why can't you accept facts?

3) What's wrong with your logical reasoning skills? One result > All other career results?

Attachment is the great fabricator of illusions; reality can be obtained only by someone who is detached.

Russia is out of it surely, but wonderful jump from Nika Kriznar, and Slovenia is very very in the fight for the bronze.

If Prevc brothers get their shit together, then Slovenia could fight for gold in 2022, together with possibly Norway, Japan and Germany.

When you're the "best ever" you should be expected to slaughter some 17 yo juniors from Poland who have never been to World Champs before IMO.

I agree with you that Takanashi is not the best jumper ever. It's simple, IOC and WCh are most important, World Cups are only some competition between them. But in the other hand. Come on, it's only one jump you talking about. The fact that Stoch didn't advance to final round in Zakopane this year doesn't mean that he is not one of the best Polish jumper ever only because he lost that day with Wasek, Wolny or Kot ;)

6th place for :POL which is a huge result considering our women's jumping is openly ignored by our Federation since like forever. We're years behind the best despite having a good potential on the men's side. We should be sending girls to these champs pretty much since 2013 and this was the first time. Can't stand this idiot Tajner who runs our Fed. He cares more about his 20+ years younger mistresses than female ski jumpers.

And this poor Takanashi jump basically cost Japan the bronze IMO. They only lost 9.8 pts to Norway in the end. Another choke job on the global stage for her. I'm out of excuses
