If anyone wants multi sport games now.. Here it is KIUG live. Not sure how many sports will be covered but seem to be doing fine till now

Just watched this stream now

Graphics are good I must say as compared to previous games.

This year's KIUG will be held in Bengaluru from April 24 to May 3.

This year's edition will see sporting action across 20 disciplines: archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, fencing, football, field hockey, judo, kabaddi, shooting, swimming, tennis, table tennis, volleyball, weightlifting, wrestling, and karate. This year's KIUG will also have two indigenous disciplines — mallakhamb and yogasana. A total of 257 gold medals will be up for grabs.

It’s quite the week in the international multi-sports games sphere. The Summer Deaflympics conclude tomorrow, while the Summer Gymnasiade opens tomorrow. SEA Games are in full force this week as well, with the GCC Games opening on Monday. Plenty of competitions to keep track of this week :d
