And her replacements got trashed 10-4 by Japan She lost the Scottish Championships final. Firstly she was nominated to start in Worlds as the Team Jackson was planned to be sent to Krasnoyarsk for Universiade, but after the decision was announced it became quite a scandal and Scottish Federation changed it for it should be this way. Well, I bet nobody expected Muirhead to lose to anyone in Scotland? Some competiton could be useful since she kinda keeps underperforming in the global events. Kirkpatrick 144 Posted March 19, 2019 #13 Share Posted March 19, 2019 I thought Canada was good at this. Scotland close to inflict them their third loss (weren't impressive in wins either). Four on 5 wins: CHN 5 1 KOR 5 1 RUS 5 1 SWE 5
dcro 10,179 Posted March 19, 2019 #14 Share Posted March 19, 2019 Women's curling is kind of becoming Sweden/Asian game. Canada is seemingly sinking like the Titanic. #banbestmen
Monzanator 3,593 Posted March 19, 2019 #15 Share Posted March 19, 2019 So, the Eve Muirhead lead that was reserve is now a skip for the new team? Boy, that happened fast. Makes you wonder how on Earth Muirhead lost 3 times to them in the Scottish champs?
Monzanator 3,593 Posted March 19, 2019 #16 Share Posted March 19, 2019 Canada led USA 6-3 after five ends and conceded 6-13 after the 8th. That must be the biggest Canadian collapse in curling ever? Kirkpatrick
dcro 10,179 Posted March 20, 2019 #17 Share Posted March 20, 2019 Oh dear, watching a replay of the game and seeing a Canadian player removing 3 (!!) of her own stones with a missed shot. #banbestmen
