Strange. I'd guess it's because there are several people who compete in both rifle events while in 25m rapid fire they are all specialists? men only have the 10m to qualify for the mixed. In the end i am sure that all important german athletes will qualify and that Germany will win at least 3 medals in Tokyo, but at the moment it's still frustrating.
