At the 2016 Modern Pentathlon Worlds only medalists win Olympic quotas. Yes, reallocated quotas from continental qualifiers stay within the continental qualifier (other denied quotas are reallocated to the world rankings). However, if Eslam Hamad is not selected the quota will be reallocated to Amro El Geziry so everything will be fine (no Mauritius athlete will compete).
