vlad 255 Posted September 29, 2019 #51 Share Posted September 29, 2019 I live in Dublin since the beggining of September and I hear a lot of people discussing about the match against Japan. I can tell you that the disppointment is big here...nobody expected this. Olympian1010, konig, MHSN and 1 other
Thagard 38 Posted September 29, 2019 #52 Share Posted September 29, 2019 Interesting results today. hammers 33-7 beats 29-25 At a first glance Wales win is a shock but Australia I think has one of their worst times in union rugby. This makes vs a match that everyone awaits unpatiently. konig
Thagard 38 Posted October 1, 2019 #53 Share Posted October 1, 2019 No matches today. Yesterday, Group A: - 34-0 Samoa is the first team not to score any points in a Rugby World Cup match since USA-South Africa 0-64 (7.October.2015) and I put my prediction on Samoa in our contest. Dunadan 1,103 Posted October 10, 2019 #58 Share Posted October 10, 2019 A draw against New Zealand, it's the best result ever for Italian rugby! Dragon and Gianlu33 1
De_Gambassi 896 Posted October 10, 2019 #59 Share Posted October 10, 2019 What a cluserfuck. Either contengy plans should have been made mandatory for every games by WR/IRB, or the World Bup should not have been awarded to Japan. Here, they flipped a coin, hoping for the best... zob79
phelps 6,536 Posted October 10, 2019 #60 Share Posted October 10, 2019 tbh, I don't know why they didn't use a few of the many "dome" (indoor) stadiums they have in Japan to avoid a situation like this... I mean, they should have had at least a plan B...it's well known that the end of september/beginning of October is typhoon time in that area... and if a match between ITA and NZL can be considered useless (even if actually ITA still had an unrealistic mathematical/theoretical chance to qualify), FRA vs ENG must be played no matter how, otherwise we can say already from now that we have a farce of a tournament, with 2 teams that could have changed completely the knockout stage table draw depending on the outcome of their direct match-up and now they also have a really tough game less in their legs and more recovery time than their opponents, who already played all of their preliminary stage matches...
