If France wins, the olympic quota will go to the OQT, so I imagine it would be the same thing? or could it go to the UK?

Nope, part of the agreement with FIH, only one 'home nation' can try and qualify each cycle - in hockey, it's likely always to be England. If Scotland win, the next team will get the spot through the OQT.

We'll probably know who will play in each tournament tomorrow or during the next week but FIH rarely ever does real draws, they always use serpentine system for every competition so... one can try to deduct the line ups with it (one tournament with the teams ranked 1, 4, 5, etc, the other with 2, 3, 6, 7..).
