LDOG 2,197 Posted December 10, 2017 #2 Share Posted December 10, 2017 Argentina is in the final of the Cape Town sevens... Will this be the day we win our first world sevens stage? (I can't believe we still haven't won even 1, we lost several finals). konig

heywoodu 13,540 Posted January 28, 2018 #5 Share Posted January 28, 2018 Wait, am I seeing it right that Australia had not won a single World Series event since April 2012?! If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! Well, be that as it may, I thought that considering they're usually at least in the quarter finals of the World Cup (in the standard version instead of sevens) they'd at least have more than 0 World Series wins in the last 5-6 years If you'd like to help our fellow Totallympics member Bruna Moura get to the 2026 Winter Olympics, after her car crash on the way to the 2022 Olympics, every tiny bit of help would be greatly appreciated! LDOG 2,197 Posted January 28, 2018 #8 Share Posted January 28, 2018 2012? Pff that's nothing compared to us, almost 20 years in this shit and still no victory.
JoshMartini007 2,201 Posted January 28, 2018 #9 Share Posted January 28, 2018 (edited) Australia is good, but not the best. You are correct that just with the sheer number of World Series events that they should have won more often. Since their last win the following weaker nations have won. x2 Samoa has won a couple of times, but they were as good as Australia a few years ago (now not so much) Edited January 28, 2018 by JoshMartini007 heywoodu

Yeah, I guess Argentina is the prime exemple of fifteen and seven results not necesseraly correlate with each others. Ireland too, who did not even enter a team at the last seven world cup.
