Qualifications for curling event during 2026 Winter Olympic will take place in 3 stages:

| Italy is guaranteed to enter 1 team in each of the 3 events | |
| STAGE 2 | Combined ranking of 2024 & 2025 World Championships |
| A combined ranking will be produced, based on the performances in 2024 and 2025 World Championships in each of the 3 events | |
| TOP 7 NOCs (excluding Italy) will qualify for the Winter Olympics | |
| STAGE 3 | Olympic Qualification Events |
| Only NOCs not already qualified are eligible to compete in OQE | |
| TOP 2 NOCs from OQEs will qualify for the Winter Olympics | |
