Third direct last quota match defeat for within a month after Jedináková losing both boxing semifinal and 3rd place match, Salkazanov obviously losing the wrestling semifinal last weeend and now our mixed double losing the final.

Maybe we will still somehow manage to attack the 20 qualified athletes barreer at the end, assuming 2 swimmers will receive universality invitations, but I do not believe it a second.

federation officially announced a couple of minutes ago that just like last year this time again no slovak KHL player/coach will be invited to the team for the upcoming world championships
