I concur with the majority. Duolingo is great! You can also learn High Valerian while you’re on there
Just as a helpful tip to everyone (and not just AIFHg), Duolingo is a great place to practice your English if you feel a bit uncomfortable with it.

AlFHg reacted to phelps in Fencing FIE World Cup 2019 - 2020
yes, that potential discard is going to prove really decisive in the end...and I fear it will cost Ukraine a place in the top 4 and indirectly it will cost Hungary a place at the Olympics...
however, tbh, I don't like those discards...I'd rather keep all the scores through the OQP...

AlFHg reacted to phelps in Boxing Qualification to Tokyo 2020 Summer Olympic Games
it's already officially certified that this virus spreads through contact (through saliva, to be precise)...
and we have already quite a few cases in Japan, South Korea, Thailand, Hong Kong, Macao, other SEA Nations and the USA...it's only a matter of time that all this becomes pandemic...
in China there are at least 9 deceased and hundreds of sick people (officially, probably there are a lot more)...
they would be absolutely irresponsible if they don't cancel that tournament and reschedule it far away from those places (once in a lifetime, in this case Qatar or UAE would be a good choice)...

AlFHg got a reaction from Olympian1010 in Proposals for Continental Olympic Qualifications
In principle it wouldn't be bad, but in practice a lot of spots are unused even in sports you would expect Oceanian nation to be at least decent (see 470 recently). It would make more sense to fuse Asia and Oceania and reserve some spots for local regions, partially as FEI does, at least in more developed sports in which more quotas are available. Another way could be a slight increase in quotas that are actually given through tripartite commission, let's say doubling them, and make the distribution through ranking and/or dedicated tournaments.

After some quiet weeks, we can finally add some more athletes to the list of qualifed athletes for Tokyo 2020.
In the women's marathon in Houston, Ursula Sanchez was really close to achieve the Olympic Standard with a 6th place and a time of 2:29:32. Only 2 seconds shy of the Olympic Standard!

My dear friend, don't worry. You will not get the answer because no one knows properly. Maybe it can be cleared by ITTF. I don't think the social media accounts of ITTF is also a good option

In theory white chocolate should not be consider as chocolate because it contains cocoa butter but not cocoa paste, which essentially means that it has more or less good physical properties for cooking purposes (like melting point) but has not the same organolectic
properties of chocolate which contains also roasted cocoa seeds (read serotonine and other kinds of small acids, if I remember well).
Going back to my work, @phelps would have loved the 85% dark chocolate I used for shell and dark ganache
