Swimming is my favourite sport since forever, i have been following this sport since the amazing Sydney 2000 games and the great Ian Thorpe, and have even went to Budapest in 2017 only to be able to watch a WC live for the first time, and, with the poor support and attention this sport has in my country, I never thought I could live to see the day my anthem would play in the World Championship.

Personal best for all Jakieła, Sidorowicz and Badacz at World Championships, good timing, congrats  Also I'm so glad that Sturla have another medal 
 
I think that Jakieła and Sidorowicz might be sure to compete in mass start already

Still very impressed with the way she made it up and ended up a very decent 11th, that is still one of the top results ever plus it should more or less solidify her chances to start in the mass start

@brunamoura (who, in case someone missed it, is coached by Baiba) nearly punched the chair next to me in half when she missed that 10th shot, but after that....jubilation and pride and everything, it's been an hour since we watched her finish and we're both still pumped up with adrenaline

As for Ukraine, I can see that our biggest hope for medal in new event is men's K4, because our guys are really close together, they train together, have Instagram account for their squad, so I can see medal can be coming to our country. 

No luck for Corinne Suter. Swiss team director Hans Flatscher said she can't put any weight on her leg and is being flown back to Zurich. So this sounds season-ending...
