This very short slalom really hurt the top names. They did make a few mistakes, but if the slalom was 10 seconds longer, i doubt Schwarz or Pinturault would fall out of the top 30.

Haven't seen so much snow in Val D'Isere in December  Usually they are the ones having trouble finding snow this time of year. Exciting race ahead  

Timbuktu will also not send anyone to the Olympics, because the weather is going to be too cold and they are not fond of the snow.

We know Germany are slowish on the skiing at present, but with 0+4 you would expect a podium finish at least and not finishing behind a team with 2 penalty laps. Years past having 0+4 would mean an instant relay win for them..
