First of all im alive with broken heart .I lost a lot of friends . I dont know exact number.
There are 12000 buildings collapsed. This region has one of the highest birth rates in Turkey. Estimated number of people trapped is 200000. Official number was 18000 deaths but unofficial figures was 60-70k at 99 izmit .
Every Turkish people thinks it will be around 80-100k deaths. We dont know whether they count refugees in numbers or not, 700k syrian refugees live in hatay province alone.
Every expert warned the government and people for a long time about this region. According to them next big one is Istanbul and marmara region where 25 million live and economic heartland of Turkey. I hope something will change in my country.

Regarding clean athletes:
Though the decision to allow certain athletes has been controversial from beginning, it was more or less a settled question. So, if IOC wants to ban even those athletes who were allowed in previous athletes, it needs new reason. Ukraine war, new findings in state sponsored doping, or something else.
Regarding state sponsored doping:
The way I see it the difference between doping and state sponsored doping is the role of national coaches and federations.
Level 1: Doping happens inspite of NFs. NFs fail to properly educate, find and prosecute the dopers.
Level 2: NFs turn a blind eye to doping.
Level 3: NFs encourage/take part in doping.
Personally, I think majority of NFs are in mix of level 1 and level 2 and only a small portion of them are in level 3. IOC's case for banning Russia was that it is among the few who were in Level 3. Personally speaking, I think more and more NFs need to move from Level 2 to Level 1 to make a big dent in doping.
P.S.: As far as India is concerned, I think almost all federations would be placed in Level 2. Situation is improving but still a lot of work needs to be done.

I can understand your point, I never said I can´t, You will never find a single judgement from me on this site about policies of Iran and other Arab nations when they DNS against Israel, same for Pakistan vs India stuff or TPE/CHN stuff, I am maybe the sole user who did not said a single bad word about China organizing the winter olampics, same for Qatar and WC...I really try to value more the sport than mixing politics with sport personally...however, there still multiple valid reasons for me from logical and moral view which I simply can not ignore for not allowing Russian and in some extent also Belarussian athletes currently in worldwide sport.
but at the end of the day, yeah, neither me or others on this forum will change anything, my voice is so insignificant that it doesn´t really matter what I write here . I can just think my opinion and that´s all. It is on others, sometimes competent, sometimes sadly not, to decide.

Good: The crackdown. Bad: So many child marriages took place in the first place. Ugly: Knowledge that this legitimate action would be used to attack government.

Someone says something fairly neutral about a player: whole team gets angry because saying something is 'provoking'
Player from angry team: goes with some provoking move or so and now it's funny
Yeah, he better stays with keeping balls out of his goal

Regarding the penalty. I personally feel that it should not be a penalty as the GK didn't move towards the attacker. But, honestly, it would be given a penalty in 9 out of 10 cases.

India will not boycott in either case as well. And that is what I was trying to say. Majority of the nations would not boycott the games either way. Whether Russia is there or not.

Lets ask a counter question. Who all will boycott the Paris Olympics if Russia and Belarus athletes are allowed as neutrals? Who all will boycott if Russian and Belorussian teams are allowed as well?

Deccan Herald is a regional mid-sized newspaper. And as far as I know, it is decent. Nothing extraordinary but not conspiracy theorist as well. Regarding the article you shared, DH is simply reposting the article by AFP, which I gather is a French news agency.
