The draw is scheduled for 19:00, which fits better for our Mexican amigo. The wait is for Egypt (@thepharoah seemed to be able to vote today, so I still have hope) and for Tunisia (@amen09 said earlier in the week he'll vote, so I'm hoping he can, and @tuniscof showed up today as a new voter, who can hopefully vote today to make sure Tunisia is in).

I am not sure what the rules say about this, but since Tunisia was already entered and so you voting would not mean there's a new country or anything, I'd say it's no problem (although if you could send your votes today, that'd be much appreciated).

I am reading and listening to all viewpoints. I don't want to write too much as I'd like the conversation to keep flowing, that way more ideas can be generated.
 
I was thinking though, maybe this should also be a more Totallympics-wide discussion. I mean it would be nice to replace the Olympics void with something new and different. It wouldn't just have to be a TISC event. I guess there could be ideas about any type of event to bring us together during that time. And it could be a single event, or a range of events spanning the 16 days or so (more if you count the days pre-Opening ceremony) that the 2020 Olympics would have been held.

Here's one more idea for a special edition: TISC, but with instrumental music. It would be interesting to see a contest full of entries like Croatia's Open 2019 song. 

@tuniscof is right, that would just be an exact copy of the Open format. 
 
We should at least then represent countries that are unrepresented at TISC to make it somewhat different.

That's already the concept of the Totallympics Open contest

I'm just throwing around random ideas.
 
To be bluntly honest, I'm not overall too excited for another contest this Summer, because I am relatively happy with the breaks that we have between the two.
 
It's fair to say that if we had a contest in Summer, I would be drastically less excited for the contest that's going to happen in The Netherlands. 
 
So no, I don't need any sort of special contest catered for me, I'm just expanding the sea of options with my thoughts.

Because that's pretty much the definition of an "All-star contest", a special edition where the best of the previous entries compete once more. 
 
But I am not entirely sure if this would be fun, because many jurors hasn't been around for all these editions. But we can add "All-star" to the other special contests suggested.

I think instead of the Top3s of previous editions it would be better to have the best songs from each countries. And letting the jurors decide which song is their best one. So it would be like a normal TISC, with the one exception being that only previous TISC entries would be eligible.
